• Trained 1,200+ professionals nationwide

• Provide ABA services in a variety of settings (public schools, homes, community)
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other clinical assessments
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision to RBTs and direct parent training
• Maintain strong clinical documentation and data-driven decision-making
• After-school hours required with a minimum of two home cases per week during those hours

• Value ethics, teamwork, and professionalism

• Reliable transportation & valid
• BCBA Certification
• State Licensure (Required prior to starting employment, but is not required at time of hire)
• Ability to engage in active work (standing, bending, lifting, movement throughout sessions)
• Passion for helping others learn and grow

• Hourly wage:
  Starting at $80 per hour, based on education and experience
