What You’ll Do

As our BCBA, you’ll be at the heart of transforming lives:

Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, provide parent training, and supervise RBTs. We use Central Reach!

Collaborate with your clinical team to ensure best practices and high-quality outcomes

Maintain documentation and compliance with QA support

Collaborate, innovate, and lead in creating a caring community.

Your Qualifications

BCBA Certification

Strong clinical and decision-making skills

Stellar organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Early Intervention provides a wide variety of career paths. In addition to the positions listed below, each may have its own unique focus area, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Emotional/Behavioral Disorders, Learning Disabilities, and Sensory/Developmental Disabilities. You may also specialize in specific therapies like Art, Music, or Audiology. In order to specialize in any Early Intervention area, you must complete your degree, complete a post-graduate degree, and become licensed.
