The candidate will work closely with pharmacists, physicians, nurses, clinical leadership, business analysts, application teams, and IT professionals to translate clinical pharmacy requirements into effective technology solutions

• Apply strong clinical pharmacy knowledge to healthcare technology and IT projects.
• Analyze medication-use workflows, including prescribing, verification, dispensing, administration, and monitoring
• Review clinical requirements related to medications, formulary management, drug interactions, dosing, allergies, and medication safety
• Work with clinical teams to identify workflow gaps and opportunities for technology-based improvements
• Support medication safety and quality-improvement initiatives.
• Act as a subject matter expert for pharmacy and medication-related workflows.
• Translate clinical requirements into clear functional and technical requirements for IT teams.

• PharmD / Doctor of Pharmacy or equivalent pharmacy degree.
• Current or recent experience as a Clinical Pharmacist, Hospital Pharmacist, Health-System Pharmacist, or similar clinical pharmacy profes
