Revenue Cycle Coding Manager

We are working with the Head of Revenue Cycle of a Private-equity backed Healthcare company based in Monmouth County, NJ. Due to recent growth, they are looking for a dynamic Revenue Cycle Coding Manager to lead the function. • Directly manage all Coding and HIM staff, including performance management, coaching, and corrective action.
• Establish and enforce productivity expectations; monitor daily output to prevent backlogs.
• Partner with supervisors to align workflow and resolve operational issues.
• Represent Coding Operations in Revenue Cycle meetings and collaborate across departments.
• Communicate with physicians and leadership to address operational needs.

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics
• 5+ years of people management experience, including managing large teams.
• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management, Coding, HIM, or healthcare operations
• Proven ability to manage performance, including coaching and corrective action

$95,000 - $110,000
