All screens Nationwide Ltd seeks a Respiratory Practitioner (Physiotherapist/Nurse/Occupational Therapist) to assess and develop individualized care plans for respiratory patients, in home or clinic settings, and review medications where appropriate.
You will travel within the county to deliver Pulmonary Rehabilitation classes with the Respiratory Team, provide education, ensure safety, and contribute to service development across pathways while maintaining accurate records.
