We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at Fallsview Rehabilitation & Nursing in Boonton, New Jersey. As a PTA, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch care to our residents, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals and regain independence.
About the Role:As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting physical therapists with exercises, treatments, and procedures
- Conducting therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Monitoring and reporting patient progress to the rehabilitation team Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care
