• Outpatient cardiac device clinic involvement in an acute-care setting
• Guaranteed hours: none

• Independently manage technical aspects of implanted cardiac rhythm management devices in the outpatient clinic, including pacemakers, implantable defibrillators, and implanted loop recorders
• Interrogate, reprogram, and troubleshoot CRM devices, recording findings in the electronic medical record
• Provide patient and family education on device function, care, alarms, and follow‑up visits
• Maintain device clinic workflow, ensuring safety and adherence to clinical protocols
• Collaborate with cardiology team and device clinic staff to coordinate patient care and follow‑up appointments

• BLS certification required
• Pacemaker/ICD Technician program or equivalent job experience
• EPIC EMR experience within the last 2 years
• Knowledge of cardiac rhythm management devices, cardiovascular physiology
• Ability to work in an outpatient device clinic environment
