Responsibilities:Carry out assigned tasks on patient assignments and follow care plans.
Perform delegated tasks as instructed by the RN.
Bathe patients, assist with showers and partial baths as appropriate.
Help patients maintain personal hygiene and assist with all aspects of activities of daily living.
Report changes in patient conditions to supervising RN.
Completion of approved Certified Home Health Aide training program.
Certification as a Certified Home Health Aide in NJ.
1 year of experience in a home health or hospice setting.
1 year of full-time experience in direct client care in an institutional setting (hospital or nursing facility).
A compassionate attitude toward the care of the sick
Ability to read, write and carry out instructions in English
Driver's License (Preferred)
