Key Responsibilities
- Build and sustain strategic relationships with KOLs and institutional stakeholders (e.g., Nuclear Medicine Physicians, Radiologists, Radiation Oncologists, Technologists, Radiation Safety Officers, Health Physicists, Nursing, APPs).
- Lead site readiness and workflow integration for approved agents and clinical trials (product handling/administration, radiation safety, licensing considerations).
- Deliver clinical and technical education to support safe, effective, guideline-aligned product use.
- Serve as a senior subject matter expert in nuclear medicine and radiopharmaceutical applications (imaging techniques, oncology practice patterns, emerging therapies).
- Support clinical trial execution via site training and protocol education.
- Respond to scientific inquiries about approved/investigational products with accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Provide field insights on imaging/radiopharmaceutical trends and adoption barriers to inform launch strategy.
- Support medical/scientific congress activities as requested.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and applicable frameworks (GCP, HIPAA, FDA regulations).
- Apply AI to improve execution and decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree required (CNMT preferred).
- 7+ years’ experience in nuclear medicine/radiopharmaceutical clinical applications/oncology imaging or related field.
- Experience leading complex site education and workflow implementation.
- Advanced knowledge of radiopharmaceutical science, nuclear medicine operations, and diagnostic imaging trends.
- Ability to translate complex data into site-level execution strategies.
- Strong executive presence; excellent communication/presentation/organizational skills.
- Cross-functional experience in matrixed biotech/pharma.
- Oncology and radiopharmaceutical experience strongly preferred.
