As a DSP you will provide hands on support that helps individuals build independence and confidence at home in the community and in the workplace Being a DSP is a rewarding experience you will genuinely make a difference and contribute to someones journey towards a more meaningful life

Responsibilities will include Building positive relationships and supporting individuals in achieving personal goals

Assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation hygiene and household tasks

Supporting individuals in community participation employment and social activities

Using adaptive tools to aid learning and facilitate communication

Encouraging independence and helping individuals develop new skills

Monitoring health and safety while maintaining a supportive environment

Communicating with Abound team members families and external parties case managers etc as needed

Completing documentation and maintaining schedules

Completing in ongoing training and professional development

Starting Pay 23hour for non acuity; 33hour for acuity 1000 signing bonus paid when averaging 20 hoursweek paid in 3 installments 90 days 333 6 months 333 and 12 months 334

Must be 18 years or older

Valid drivers license current automotive insurance and reliable transportation
