A medical supply company is seeking a licensed pharmacist to serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) for mail order operations shipping to Montana. This position is ideal for a pharmacist with any active state license who is interested in a flexible, part-time role supporting compliance and pharmaceutical oversight.

Schedule: Approximately 1 hour per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge to ensure compliance with the Board of Pharmacy requirements for mail order pharmacy licenses
- Oversee proper documentation, recordkeeping, and labeling processes for shipments to Montana patients
- Maintain clear records to identify Montana patients and the legend products dispensed, including dates of service
- Provide professional oversight without the requirement to hold a Montana pharmacist license or work full-time on site
- Collaborate with the medical supply company to support regulatory obligations through a business arrangement
Qualifications:
- Active, clear pharmacist license in any state
- Understanding of pharmacy regulations related to mail order pharmacies and controlled substance handling preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and regulatory compliance skills
- Ability to commit approximately one hour per week on an ongoing basis
