As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and residents. Our center is committed to understanding and respecting the unique needs of our diverse patient population, including our large Hispanic population, through our dedicated Hispanic Program, Mi Hogar.

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients and residents, including evaluations, treatments, and follow-up care

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient-centered care plans

• Utilize evidence-based practice to improve patient outcomes and rehabilitation success

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and services provided

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
