Sports Med Physical Therapy is seeking Per‑Diem Physical Therapists and PTAs to handle coverage at multiple Sports Med locations in Essex County. We are a leading outpatient physical therapy practice in the Northeast, offering multidisciplinary high‑quality comprehensive care for all patients. Our facilities feature state‑of‑the‑art equipment for the effective treatment of a variety of orthopedic, sports‑related, and other injuries. • New Jersey Physical Therapist License or PTA License
• New grads and experienced Physical Therapists are welcome
• Computer literacy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Accurately evaluate, diagnose and treat patients, both physician referrals and direct access
• Assess each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals
• Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers such as Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure quality patient care
• Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner to maintain collaborative care
• Work toward the advancement of the clinic by maintaining clinical excellence through various CEUs
• Participate in monthly meetings led by the Clinic Director and Office Manager to identify challenges within the clinic and improve clinic flow
• Attend company‑wide meetings to discuss various company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care
