Diagnostic

Services Departmentandis responsibleforcompletingpsychological/neuropsychological testing,reviewing and signing reports,and conductingsupervisionand training of all Psychometrists in the region/state.

The principal functions of the positionidentifiedshall not be considered as a complete description of all the work requirements and expectations that may be inherent in the position. • To provide comprehensive neuropsychological,psychological and/or psycho educational evaluations of clients with referral concerns related to learning, behavioral, emotional, and/or social difficulties.
• To provide written and oral feedback to clientsregardingresults of evaluations, diagnostic impressions, and recommendations for appropriate remediation of concerns including referrals.
• Conduct in-person and/or virtual comprehensive neuropsychological,psychological and/or psycho educational evaluations.
• Following evaluation, provide feedback sessions with the patient (or their legal guardian in the case of a minor).
• Compile a written report detailing the evaluation findings, diagnosis(es), and recommendations to be kept in the patient's medical record and to be shared with the patient (or their legal guardian in the case of a minor) and referral source (in accordance withHIPAA Privacy and Security Plans).
• Ensure that written documentation is completed and uploaded in a timely mannerper departmental policy.
• Provide direct Supervision (Individual/Group) and Training of Neuropsychological Testing/Assessment to "Diagnostic Specialists" (Psychometrists/Technicians).
