Holistic are Hospice is seeking a Full Time Hospice Aide (CNA/HHA) to care for patients in Monmouth and Middlesex County. Work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, with close collaboration with our nursing team to provide compassionate end-of-life care.
Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and valid HHA or CNA license, plus 6 months hospice or skilled nursing facility experience preferred. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
