STAR Building Services is seeking an experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to oversee and elevate concierge services throughout our luxury residential portfolio. This is a leadership position responsible for developing concierge professionals, maintaining exceptional service standards, and ensuring every resident receives a warm, professional, and consistent experience. The successful candidate will be a visible leader who enjoys coaching employees, building client relationships, and creating a hospitality‑first culture.
Responsibilities- Oversee concierge operations across multiple luxury residential communities.
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and mentor concierge employees.
- Personally train new employees and establish consistent customer service expectations at every property.
- Conduct routine site visits focused on coaching, quality assurance, and operational excellence.
- Partner with property managers and board members to ensure client expectations are consistently exceeded.
- Develop and lead recurring customer service training programs for concierge staff.
- Respond to client concerns promptly and professionally while implementing long‑term solutions.
- Maintain staffing levels through recruiting, scheduling support, and employee development.
- Ensure concierge teams consistently present a polished, professional image and deliver exceptional resident experiences.
- Collaborate with STAR’s Operations Managers to support building operations and special projects.
- Three or more years of leadership experience in hospitality, luxury residential, hotel operations, customer service management, or property management.
- Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Experience coaching and developing employees.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and competing priorities.
- Comfortable conducting presentations and employee training sessions.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
