About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team and play a crucial role in managing various human resource functions. This position involves a comprehensive range of HR activities aimed at fostering a positive and compliant workplace environment.
Responsibilities- Conduct employee orientations and ensure new hires are familiar with company policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and act as a liaison between employees and management.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on goal setting, feedback, and improvement plans.
- Stay informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure the company's HR practices align with legal requirements.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends for continuous improvement.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles.
- Utilize HR software and tools to analyze workforce data and provide strategic insights.
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and overall satisfaction.
- Track and report key HR metrics such as turnover rates and time-to-fill.
- Provide guidance to management on HR best practices and compliance matters.
- Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to interact positively and efficiently with HR team, employees, and external partners.
- Proficiency in handling confidential information and building trust across all levels.
- Experience with HR information systems, including HRIS and payroll systems.
- Exceptional skills and working knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edison, NJ.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $36.06 - $40.90/hr.
