Who You Are:

• You reside in India.
• Have 5+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Are a person with exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Have a full time Bachelor's Degree.
• Have a valid Indian passport.
• Have thorough understanding of Visa Terms
  - Corp to Corp, W2, 1099.
• Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, etc.)
• Good understanding of technologies
  - Java technologies, .NET technologies, etc.
