LHH is seeking an HR Coordinator in Little Falls, NJ for a hands-on HR role involving recruiting, onboarding, payroll support, and employee experience.
This position requires organizing and managing high-volume tasks in a fully onsite environment. You'll be responsible for maintaining HR data, coordinating onboarding, assisting with payroll, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of HR experience are required.
Offering $35–$40/hour, PTO, and company paid holidays.
