HR Coordinator – Little Falls, NJ (Onsite)

Let’s be real—this is a hands‑on HR role where you’re in the mix across everything: recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll support, and employee experience.

Our client is looking for an HR Coordinator who can keep things moving, stay organized, and handle a high-volume environment without missing a beat.

• Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire documentation
• Assist with benefits admin, payroll processing, and terminations
• Track CLE credits, training, and compliance (legal environment)
• Manage I‑9s, background checks, and HR audits
• Support performance reviews and employee engagement initiatives
• Run reports, track attendance/leave, and handle day-to-day HR inquiries

• Bachelor’s degree + 2+ years of HR experience
• Legal industry exposure? Big plus
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Solid communication skills—written and verbal
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, fully onsite environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred
• SHRM‑CP is a plus

  Little Falls, NJ (100% onsite – no hybrid/remote)
• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay: $35–$40/hour (based on experience)
• PTO up to 15 days, plus company paid holidays
