Onboarding Specialist

This role serves as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding process, guiding new hires from offer acceptance through their first day of engagement.

• Coordinate background checks.
• Prepare and execute employment and business agreements.
• Collect required compliance documentation.
• Set up consultant profiles in ADP and other internal systems.
• Ensure all onboarding requirements are completed accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with recruiters, sales teams, clients, and consultants to proactively resolve issues, communicate next steps, and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and customer requirements.

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in onboarding, recruiting coordination, HR administration, staffing, or customer service.
• Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems such as ADP, Paylocity, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat.
