Supportive leadership team - Stable, growing healthcare organization

- Create, manage, and maintain daily and weekly staffing schedules
- Ensure adequate staffing coverage for all shifts
- Track and document call-offs, tardiness, and schedule changes
- Coordinate open shifts and communicate staffing needs with department leaders
- Partner with Human Resources on recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee retention efforts
- Schedule interviews with recruiters and department managers
- Assist with employee performance review processes as needed
- Maintain accurate staffing records and reports
- Ensure compliance with healthcare staffing regulations and company policies
- Build positive relationships with employees while supporting daily staffing operations
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Minimum of two years of staffing coordination experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
- UKG experience preferred
- Strong scheduling, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of healthcare staffing regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency with scheduling systems and Microsoft Office
- Full-Time
- Must participate as Manager on Duty (MOD) when scheduled
