We are seeking an HR Generalist to support our HR operations and contribute to building a strong organizational culture.

Position Overview

The HR Generalist / Recruiter will provide comprehensive, end-to-end HR support across all core functions, including talent acquisition, labor law compliance, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and HR technology management
. This role requires a proactive, hands‑on professional who can balance full‑cycle recruiting responsibilities with broader HR operations.

This individual will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent
, while also supporting initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement, and organizational performance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both HR operations and strategic recruiting
, with the ability to partner closely with leadership to align workforce planning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support HR operations including payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
  • Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
  • Administer and maintain HR technology systems, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and benefits software.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation in alignment with best practices and legal requirements.
  • Participate in performance management processes, including annual reviews and goal setting.
  • Provide HR reporting and metrics to support data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Serve as a resource for managers and staff on HR‑related inquiries.
  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment
    , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers on staffing needs, workforce planning, and hiring strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field required.
  • Master’s degree (MBA or relevant HR advanced degree) preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or technology‑driven environments.
  • Solid understanding of labor law, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Experience with payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR technology.
  • Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, and benefits administration software.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities; ability to mentor and guide team members.
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions simultaneously.
  • U.S. work authorization required; sponsorship not available
