Human Resources Generalist - Joint Meeting of Essex & Union Counties.(JMEUC) is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our growing Human Resources team. Under the general direction of the Chief Administrative & Strategic Officer, the Human Resources Generalist performs professional Human Resources work supporting employee relations, leave administration, workplace investigations, workers' compensation administration, policy implementation, and Human Resources compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field required.
- Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience.
- Experience with employee relations, FMLA, ADA, workplace investigations, workers' compensation, and employment law.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or comparable certification preferred.
Full-time Salary Range: $82,000 - $98,000 annually, based on experience.
