Job Description / Tasks:

• In-charge of Recruiting permanent and contract Information Technology (IT) consultants, sales and executive level roles
• Responsibilities include full life-cycle recruitment comprising sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates; coordinating and executing interviews, maintaining candidate/client communication; and designing, negotiating and closing job offer packages.
• Fast paced, high volume recruiting and placement through creating and posting ads on internet and other mediums, utilizing research, telephone cold calling, personal networking, internal/external sourcing, candidate database queries, Internet mining
• Build an active pipeline of potential candidates for current and future needs.
• Interact with various departments including Sales, Operations and Offshore Recruiting departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflow
• Participate in client intake calls to understand positions, ask questions and create sourcing strategies to find best match
• Assist with company’s administrative and operational tasks as per management’s request
• Organize and participate in meetings and conference calls
• Generate weekly reports, provide consistent feedback to candidates, client and management as needed

Job Qualifications/Skills:

• Must have minimum 2-3 years of Recruitment experience in IT, Corporate and/or Engineering areas
• Experience working with recruiting agency or staffing company highly desired
• Ideal candidate will have client facing experience as a Recruiter or Account Manager within consulting, staffing or professional services industry
• Must have solid persuasion skills, ability to coach, motivate and guide candidates
• Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Must be able to utilize creative methods of recruiting including but not limited to Internet based search engines, social media, cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.
• Experience working in Executive Search or direct hire (permanent) roles is highly preferred
• Time management skills with ability to respond and act quickly

• Must be willing to work from Somerset, NJ office up to 4 days per week
