Responsibilities

+ Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring all employee data is up-to-date.

+ Assist in onboarding new candidates, from documentation to integration into the team.

+ Work closely with team members to coordinate onboarding activities and follow up on candidate progress.

+ Maintain attention to detail throughout payroll processing and candidate onboarding.

+ Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure compliance and smooth onboarding workflows.

Requirements

+ Strong computer skills with experience in payroll processing and data entry.

+ Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.

+ Ability to work closely with a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

+ Good communication skills and ability to recruit candidates.

+ High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in payroll or onboarding preferred.
