We are looking for an experienced temporary (3-6 months) Staffing Coordinator to join the Cedar Grove Respiratory and Nursing Center team! As the Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company's staffing needs are met. You will also work with the Human Resources Director assisting in recruiting, sourcing and hiring talent.
Job Responsibilities:- Plan, organize and implement a sustainable staffing strategy
- Monitor the company's staffing needs and take actions to staff accordingly
- Work with staffing agencies as needed
- Identify hard to fill roles and take proactive actions
- Assist in candidate screening and interviewing
- Assist with new employee orientation
- Design and plan work shift schedules
- Provide assistance with timekeeping
- Create, present and submit reports to management
- 1-year of experience as a Staffing Coordinator or similar role
- Long term care facility experience preferred
- Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures and best practices
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Critical thinker with a problem-solving mind
- Reliable with respect to confidentiality
- Minimum: high school diploma or GED
