Job SummaryThe Learning, Talent and Organization Development Manager is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and evaluation of talent management and organizational development initiatives. This role focuses on developing strategies to enhance employee skills, improve organizational processes, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development. The position works closely with senior leadership to identify and address the learning and development needs of the organization.
Job Responsibilities Talent Management- Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-potential employees.
- Design and oversee succession planning processes to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates for key roles.
- Facilitate talent reviews and performance management processes to identify and develop top talent.
- Manage performance improvement plans and partner with business leaders to provide guidance and follow-through.
- Lead organizational development initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Conduct organizational assessments and diagnostics to identify areas for improvement, such as team structure and reporting lines.
- Develop and implement change management strategies and communications to support organizational transformations.
- Facilitate team-building activities, engagement activities, and workshops to enhance collaboration and team performance.
- Assess organizational learning needs and develop comprehensive learning strategies and programs for all levels.
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant and engaging content.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of five to seven years of experience in talent management, learning and development, or organizational development roles.
- Proven experience designing and implementing successful learning and development programs.
- Experience with change management and organizational development initiatives.
- Strong understanding of talent management principles and best practices.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
- Ability to assess learning needs and develop effective training programs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
