Role
Specialist – Legal Contracts Review
LocationNew York, NY or Edison, NJ. Candidate must work from one of these offices 5 days a week.
Job Description- Review Statements of Work (SOWs), Work Orders (WOs), Change Orders (CRs), amendments to SOWs, etc.
- Ensure that there are no legal terms slipped in, maintain consistency with the MSA, and act as gatekeeper for any internal approvals that may be required for approving the document.
- Review Non‑Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
- Review amendments to master services agreement.
- Ideal candidates must have at least 3 years of experience reviewing SOWs, CRs, WOs, etc. with a technology company that is a service provider/vendor.
- Experience in the technology procurement team of any other company (as a customer) is also acceptable.
- Must be comfortable with working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple clients and stakeholders.
$68,000 – $100,000 a year
