Guidewire PolicyCenter Production Support

We are looking for a Guidewire Policy Center Production Support professional to handle production incidents, ensure system stability, and support business-critical operations.

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Guidewire Policy Center applications
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, defects, and service requests
• Strong knowledge of Guidewire Policy Center, including Gosu, PCF, and Data Model
• Perform log analysis, data fixes, and SQL queries for issue resolution
• Monitor application performance, batch jobs, and system health
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
• Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams for timely resolution
• Support deployments, releases, and post-production validation
• Experience with incident management tools (e.g., Service Now)
• Understanding of P&C Insurance domain
• Knowledge of integrations (SOAP/REST) and basic Dev Ops practices is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
