Banking / Financial Services Service Now Presales Lead
Location: Hybrid working, Edison, NJ, USA (up to 25% travel).
Employment type: Permanent.
ResponsibilitiesThis role involves providing presales, enterprise IT, Banking/Financial Services, security, risk management, incident response, vulnerability response, third‑party risk management (TPRM), audit and compliance management.
Qualifications- 2+ years Service Now presales experience
- 5+ years overall Service Now experience
- 10+ years IT experience
- Experience with HRSD, CSM, IRM, Sec Ops, FSO, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM
- Familiarity with AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI
- Consulting or advisory background
- Knowledge of Salesforce, BMC, Pega, Archer, Workday desirable
- Experience in SaaS environments
- Background in Banking / Financial Services
- Proficiency with CMDB, Discovery, AIOps, ITAM, EA portfolio
- Service Now certification
Salary – $150-240k + Bonus + 401k plan.
