Role:
Associate Corporate Counsel - IT Transactions
Location:
New York, NY or Edison, NJ (onsite at one of these office locations 5 days a week is mandatory)

Associate Corporate Counsel - Technology/Software Licensing, IT, BPO, Engineering and other professional services outsourcing transactions
Job Description:
The position requires independent drafting, negotiating all transaction relating to technology licensing and outsourcing contracts, preferably from the suppliers context.
Candidates must have between 3 to 7 years of experience in negotiating information technology and outsourcing contracts. Must be admitted to a State Bar.
The employment will be governed by TCS terms and conditions of the employment, HR policies and process rules applicable to the legal department. Compensation is negotiable and will be commensurate with the skills and experience of the candidates.
