Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Senior Paid Media Manager for an innovative and rapidly growing consumer services organization. This opportunity offers flexible work arrangements, including remote, hybrid with preference for candidates open to hybrid work in Edison, New Jersey at least 1 day a week.
POSITION OVERVIEWOur client is seeking a strategic and highly analytical Senior Paid Media Manager to build and lead a high-impact customer acquisition function from the ground up. This role offers substantial ownership, executive visibility, and the opportunity to directly influence company growth through scalable, performance-driven marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building systems from scratch, and has a strong passion for data-driven customer acquisition.

- Develop, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across platforms, including Meta, Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, Linked In, and related channels
- Build scalable paid media infrastructure, including reporting frameworks, testing methodologies, campaign processes, and optimization strategies
- Manage significant advertising budgets while maximizing customer acquisition, conversion performance, and return on investment
- Analyze campaign performance, attribution, conversion metrics, and customer behavior to drive data-informed marketing decisions
- Partner closely with executive leadership to develop growth strategies and scalable acquisition initiatives
- Continuously identify new audience opportunities, creative approaches, testing strategies, and growth channels to improve campaign performance
- Strong experience managing high-volume paid acquisition campaigns and performance-focused media budgets
- Deep expertise across paid media platforms, particularly Meta Ads Manager and additional digital acquisition channels
- Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, analytics, reporting, conversion optimization, and performance measurement
- Experience building scalable systems, processes, and marketing infrastructure in fast-paced or high-growth environments
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations and growth strategies
Compensation range for this opportunity is approximately $80,000–$120,000 annually
, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and demonstrated results. Additional performance-based bonus opportunities are available, with flexibility for exceptional candidates. Additional benefits information will be provided during the interview process.
