Responsibilities & Expertise

  • Deep expertise in SAP S/4

    HANA Solution Architecture and Integration Architecture with proven ability to design enterprise-wide transformation programs.
  • Extensive experience in Aerospace & Defense (A&D) Aftermarket domain, including:
    • Spare parts management
    • MRO / CRO operations
    • Service logistics and aftermarket fulfillment
  • Strong experience as both:
    • Solution Architect (end-to-end process and business architecture)
    • Integration Architect (system architecture and interface design)
    • OTC (Order-to-Cash)
    • PTP (Procure-to-Pay)
    • MRO / Service Management
    • Inventory, EWM, and Spare Parts Management
  • Ability to align business processes, data models, and system architecture.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Serialized inventory and traceability
    • Global distribution and service networks
  • Expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, Event Mesh).
  • Experience with SAP PI/PO and modernization to cloud-based integration.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • API-led architecture
    • Event-driven architecture
    • Microservices-based integration
    • REST / OData / SOAP APIs
    • IDOC / ALE / EDI integrations
  • Ecosystem Integration Experience.
  • Proven experience integrating S/4

    HANA with:
    • EWM, IBP, TM
    • PLM systems (Teamcenter, Windchill)
    • Technical publications systems (IPC / S1000D)
    • External suppliers and partner ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Integration security, performance, and monitoring
  • Experience in designing scalable and resilient enterprise architecture frameworks.
Leadership & Transformation
  • Proven leadership in large-scale ($50M+) SAP S/4

    HANA transformation programs.
  • Experience leading multi-stream global delivery teams (100+ resources).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement at CxO and enterprise architecture levels.
Strategic Leadership
  • Define the enterprise-wide SAP S/4

    HANA solution and integration strategy for A&D Aftermarket transformation.
  • Establish target architecture blueprint covering business processes, systems, and integration layers.
  • Drive alignment of IT architecture with business strategy and transformation objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end solution design across all S/4

    HANA functional domains:
    • Business capability models
    • Process flows across aftermarket, supply chain, and service operations
    • System landscape and deployment architecture
    • Business requirements
    • SAP capabilities
    • Industry best practices
  • Architect and govern integration across SAP and non-SAP ecosystems:
    • APIs
    • Events
    • Real-time transactions
  • Establish reusable integration frameworks and canonical data models.
  • Technology standards adherence.
  • Risk mitigation and issue resolution.
  • Ensure >95% milestone adherence and delivery predictability.
Business Engagement
  • Act as trusted advisor to CIO, CTO, and business leadership.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across:
    • Supply chain
    • Digital transformation teams
  • Translate strategic business goals into scalable SAP-enabled solutions:
    • Improved end-to-end process integration
    • Reduced process cycle times
    • Enhanced data consistency across systems
    • Improved service levels and customer fulfillment
    • Integration success rate
    • Process cycle time improvement
  • Lead transformation from legacy landscapes to modern cloud-enabled SAP architectures.
  • Promote adoption of:
    • API-led integration
    • Event-driven architecture
  • Enable digital thread across engineering, supply chain, and aftermarket operations.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary Range: $180,000 to $250,000 per annum.
