Technical Skills Primary

• Minimum 12 years of exp in Duckcreek policy testing
• Sound hands-on experience in functional testing
• End to end testing using Agile Waterfall methodologies
• Good communication skills and client interaction
• Analyzing the requirements from the client
• Hands-on experience in driving the QA release cycle
• End to end defect reporting
• Must be involved in different activities of bug life cycle
• Hands-on experience in upgrade testing
• Hands-on work experience in preparing test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and RTM
• Preparing suggestion documents to improve the quality of the application
• Communication with the test lead, test manager, onsite team, onsite client BAs
• Conducting review meetings within the team
• Well acquainted with the software development life cycle testing life cycle
• Experience on test management tools TFS or hands-on experience with Jenkins, Maven, Azure Dev Ops , and Git Hub
• Understanding of end-to-end testing cycles
• Experience in creating automation testing strategy and automation design document
• Should have hands-on experience of designing/writing test automation scripts using DCT Test Automation Center
• Should have good knowledge of XML and should be able to perform basic operations on XML files
• Selecting or identifying areas test cases for automation
• Designing implementing test automation strategy
• Creating automation test plan and getting approvals
• Choose selenium tools and configuring selenium test environment ex Eclipse IDE Java Selenium Web Driver and TestNG etc
• Involvement in Selenium environment setup automation framework design and implementation
• Creating organizing and managing test automation resources
• Enhancing debugging and running test cases
• Organizing monitoring defect management process
• Handling changes and conducting regression testing
• Finding solutions for object identification issues and error handling issues

Secondary Skills

• P&C LA insurance domain knowledge in North American, Indian, Asia Pacific, UK market
• Experience in performance tuning of product application
• Exposure to design frameworks
• Exposure to automation tools
