Responsibilities
Work on design, configuration, implementation, support and extension of ERP applications (cloud and on-premise) such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, focusing on HCM, financials, and SCM.
Implement and manage inbound and outbound integrations using BPEL, SOA, OIC, HDL, PDL, ADFDI, and FBDI tools.
Perform source‑target mapping, data load, reconciliation, and automation for ERP application integration with internal and external systems.
Design and build reports for financial analysis using ERP-specific tools.
Analyze and troubleshoot software bugs and custom requirements, perform configuration changes, and implement root‑cause fixes based on severity and prioritization.
Configure workflow extensions using middleware tools for financial and HR processes.
Provide functional and technical support to business users and technical staff.
Author technical and functional specifications.
Perform system configuration activities to support business process changes and organizational realignments.
Generate test plans, coordinate testing, and execute testing routines to validate ERP application features.
Develop SQL, PL/SQL programs, and interface processes using Java, UNIX, and Perl scripting as required.
QualificationsReq'd Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (any), Engineering (any), BBA (any), Information Technology, Engineering (any), or an associate degree with 4 years of experience.
Required technical background to implement financial and HCM ERP applications for clients.
