Responsibilities
- Work closely with HR teams and IT on technology projects
- Act as a strategic advisor for digital HR transformation
- Drive the adoption of AI technologies within HR ecosystems
- Lead Workday configurations and integrate AI features
- Manage strategic HRIS projects with cross-functional collaboration
- Evaluate cutting edge AI vendors and tools in HR space
- Identify bottlenecks in HR workflows and improve automation
- Ensure smooth adoption of new enhancements across the enterprise
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
- Four or more years of relevant experience required
- Proven experience architecting and optimizing the Workday Recruiting module
- Strong background in Project Management
- Deep understanding of core Human Resources processes
- Strong relationship-building skills
