6AM City, LLC is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide day-to-day local desktop support, troubleshoot hardware, software and applications, and document steps in a ticketing system. You will liaise with supervisors to ensure consistency across shifts and participate in break-fix and fault resolution for core operating systems and applications.
The role requires 18+ months IT experience, a Bachelor's in CS or related field, and certifications (CompTIA A+, MCP) is preferred.
