Responsibilities

• responsible for developing specialization within a specific domain of expertise
• sit onsite at the customer location to deliver PAS-X successfully
• help design, document and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
• translate customer requirements into software application
• manage, monitor and implement client work packages according to deployment needs
• participate in the design of client information systems
• organize and teach best practice product workshops at customer sites
• seek ways to improve design, documentation and maintenance of manufacturing processes
• collaborate among client and internal teams for problem resolution
• investigate client issues and communicate key insights and findings to product team
• analyze and enhance efficiency, stability and scalability of client systems

• excellent communication skills and are at native‑speaker level in English, third language preferred
• degree in IT / Computer Science or Life Science field
• two (2) years of experience in the life sciences industry using PAS-X
• proven experience in eliciting requirements and executing test specifications
• strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
• solid analytical skills

Demonstrates expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and client information systems, with a strong focus on utilizing PAS-X for effective deployment and innovation. Possesses excellent communication skills in English, with a preference for a third language, and a solid background in IT or Life Sciences.
