Must-have skills: Strong hands‑on experience in Oracle ERP Security (Fusion or EBS), Oracle Risk Management Cloud (GRC), role design & provisioning, SoD analysis, and understanding of core ERP processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) along with audit/compliance frameworks.
Good-to-have skills: Experience with Oracle ERP/EPM/security integrations, certifications like CISA/CPA/Oracle, exposure to large-scale ERP transformations, automation of controls, and familiarity with security across integrated enterprise systems.
