Hybrid Role Overview
This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in office) based in Burlington, Renton, Spokane, Vancouver, Portland, Medford, Salt Lake City, Boise, Lewiston, or Fargo. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance of the selected location or be willing to relocate.
Who We Are Looking ForEvery day, Cambia's dedicated team of IT Operations Leads are living our mission to make health care easier and lives better. As a member of the IT Operations team, you will act as a backup for management and be responsible for work assignments and resource issues.
Qualifications What You Bring to Cambia- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. (Relevant experience may be substituted for education).
- A total of 7 years of relevant experience in IT, preferably in the discipline being led.
- Ability to provide direction and lead groups of business customers and IT partners to solve problems and deliver solutions on time.
- Technically proficient in core technologies and methodologies; able to adapt to rapidly changing environments.
- Demonstrated leadership skills for large projects with a high emphasis on communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Able to plan and manage personal work and provide leadership to 3 or more team members.
- Able to mentor and lead other team members in technical matters.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present to and interact with Executives and senior management.
- Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity is highly desired.

Datadog, Orion, Nexthink, Aternity, Big Panda - Atlassian tools
- Office 365
- Participate as a key member of an agile team to consult with the business, understand needs, and recommend solutions.
- Assist the manager by providing direction, leadership, mentoring, and technical coaching to technical staff.
- Provide performance feedback to management and ensure the delivery of high-quality, effective solutions.
- Provide consulting support for IT and business partners by researching and resolving complex technical problems.
- Understand, direct, and participate in deliverables required by approved Development Life cycles and contribute to process improvement.
- May be required to travel periodically.
- May be required to be on-call 7 days a week, 24 hours a day on a departmental rotational basis.
- Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Idaho: Hiring range: $95,000 - $119,000;
Full salary range: $95,000 - $155,000;
Bonus target: 15%. - North Dakota: Hiring range: $90,000 - $119,000;
Full salary range: $90,000 - $149,000.
