Business Data Analyst

• Identify business intelligence and data analysis needs

• Work closely with Business and Technical teams

• Turn data into critical information for business decisions

• Engage business and development teams to design dashboards, alerts, and reports

• Provide project leadership including facilitating requirements gathering

• Conduct analysis of functional business processes

• Educate clients to use data as an analytical tool

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and progressive experience
• 3+ Years of Business Data Analyst Experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational skills
• Strong critical thinking & problem-solving competency
• Experience with Agile teams as a BA
• Strong SQL skills
• Proficient in Word, MS Excel and Visio
• Technical experience with BI Tools and Python is a plus
• Exposure to APIs, understanding of XML and JSON language preferred.

Demonstrates expertise in business data analysis, utilizing SQL and BI tools to transform data into actionable insights. Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate clients on data-driven decision‑making.
