- Some Travel locally as needed for store support - must have a vehicle and proof of insurance
- Contract Timeframe
- August 2026-November 2026 - potential contract to hire
Responsibilities:
- Deployment of PCs (laptops & desktops)
- Transfer data for upgrades/replacements
- Communicate/coordinate with end user on schedule of deployment
- Installing of software via remote or in-person
- Imaging/installing Operating System via USB drives
- Resolving and troubleshooting PC issues
- Filling out asset forms for deployments
- Updating spreadsheets/data on Share Point
- Deploying peripherals and PC accessories
- Traveling required to deploy equipment
Required Skills:
- Troubleshoot and resolve PC issues when configuring/imaging PCs.
- Connect and set up peripherals for new hires/replacements.
- Friendly and professional customer service.
- Good communications skills.
- Organization skills.
Education/Certifications:
- High School
Preferred Skills:
- CompTIA A+ certified preferred(but not required)
