Seeking an AI Enablement Strategist to establish and scale the operational foundation required for enterprise AI adoption across Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, CoWork, Scout, and emerging AI capabilities.
This individual will serve as the bridge between business transformation, IT administration, governance, finance, and platform operations. Their mission is to create a sustainable AI service delivery model that enables innovation while maintaining strong governance, security, compliance, cost management, and operational excellence.
The AI Enablement Strategist will help evolve from AI experimentation to enterprise-scale AI operations by defining standards, documenting policies, enabling new AI capabilities, managing consumption models, supporting administrators, and building the long-term operating model for agentic AI.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands‑on platform administration, program management, financial stewardship, and change leadership.
Key Responsibilities AI Governance & Operating Model- Develop and maintain the enterprise AI governance framework.
- Establish AI policies, standards, guardrails, and operating procedures.
- Partner with Security, Privacy, Compliance, Legal, and IT teams.
- Create governance processes for AI agents, copilots, and autonomous workflows.
- Define approval processes for new AI solutions and agents.
- Maintain inventories of AI solutions, agents, and business owners.
- Implement controls that balance innovation with responsible AI practices.
- Create strategies for Microsoft credits, token consumption, and AI budgeting.
