Wealth Technology – Application Development Technology Lead, Vice President

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of core client and account operational data
• Champion and enforce a design philosophy centered on resiliency
• Lead the development, configuration, and optimization of enterprise workflow solutions (e.g., Pega)
• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines
• Implement and enforce rigorous data quality controls
• Develop and manage resilient data services and APIs
• Monitor and manage the health of client and account data systems
• Work closely with upstream data providers, downstream application teams, operations, and compliance

• 8+ years of experience in technology roles within financial services
• Deep understanding of client onboarding data flows, KYC/AML data requirements, and account lifecycle management within a wealth management context
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise workflow and Business Process Management (BPM) platforms, with specific experience in Pega being highly desirable
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
• Proficiency in data pipeline development using Python or similar languages
• Experience with RESTful API design and development, with a focus on reliability and performance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline
