Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist
Develop and implement solutions within Salesforce Data Cloud, focusing on data management, segmentation, and integration. Create and manage customer data segments based on business requirements for targeted marketing efforts. Execute email campaigns through Salesforce Data Cloud, ensuring accurate delivery and monitoring campaign performance. Monitor and optimize data jobs, troubleshooting and ensuring timely data flows between systems. Collaborate with marketing, data, and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the data lifecycle. Maintain proper documentation for solutions, configurations, and processes.
