Role Description The SAP BTP Expert will work on-site in Edison, NJ in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders to design, develop, and optimize solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing business requirements, architecting SAP BTP use cases, configuring and integrating SAP BTP services, and building extensions for SAP S/4

HANA and other SAP applications. The role involves developing and maintaining cloud applications, APIs, and integrations, ensuring security, performance, and scalability across the landscape. The SAP BTP Expert will also provide technical guidance, conduct code and solution reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to best practices and documentation to support ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including cloud application development, service configuration, and SAP extension frameworks.
• Hands-on skills in SAP Joule, Ai Studio, integration technologies (e.g., SAP Integration Suite, APIs, events), and experience connecting SAP systems with external applications.
• Knowledge of data governance, master data management, and data migration concepts, ideally with exposure to solutions like iDMX or similar data platforms.
• Understanding of SAP S/4
  
  HANA and other core SAP modules, including clean-core principles and extension strategies aligned with SAP best practices.
• Ability to analyze business requirements, translate them into technical designs, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in on-site, collaborative environments and contributing to cross-functional project teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in SAP consulting or enterprise solution delivery is highly beneficial; relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
