Position: Operational Support Specialist

Location: West Deptford, NJ

Pay Rate: $26/hr

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in supporting fast-paced operations? We're hiring an Operational Support Specialist to coordinate orders, shipments, and client needs while helping keep daily operations running smoothly!

Job Responsibilities:

Serve as a main contact for customer and account teams
Coordinate orders, shipments, deliveries, and operational requests
Monitor service levels and client commitments
Identify and escape delays, risks, and operational issues
Handle customer concerns and operational escalations
Support shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and quality activities

Shift/

Hours:

Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Requirements:

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Word and Excel
Working knowledge of DIMS, WIMS, UDM, Clarify, Micro Strategy, and ITAD
Experience with shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment
Must be able to work on-site daily
Flexible with work hours as needed
