You will own CAB operations, oversee major incident bridges, lead RCA activities, track SLAs, and coordinate releases across applications and infrastructure.
Strong communication, governance skills, and Service Now ITSM experience are essential, with on-site involvement as applicable and offshore considerations as needed.
