Delivery Lead – Technology

• Plan and coordinate execution of project/small program deliverables requiring engagement of multiple teams
• Communicate work objectives and coordinate delivery across teams
• Facilitate sync points, technical discussions, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
• Provide end-to-end visibility into deliverable health, including risks, issues, and schedules
• Manage program risk and compliance with standards
• Ensure delivery meets client expectations for functionality, quality, timeline, and cost
• Drive end-to-end infrastructure projects to build or enhance platforms running client-facing applications
• Oversee infrastructure service solutions including hardware, virtual machines, containers, cloud, network, middleware, databases, storage, capacity planning, and monitoring
• Manage cross-functional resources through project plans
• Maintain stakeholder reporting relationships across teams, vendors, departments, and business units
• Coordinate delivery of Pre-Prod through Production environments
• Create and manage project schedules, work breakdown structures, milestones, status reporting, and risk/issue mitigation
• Coordinate with design, build, application, network, environment management, release management, performance testing, and capacity management teams
• Publish meeting minutes and capture action items
• Assist in capital procurement in compliance with financial practices
• Identify issues and risks and assess their impact on deliverables and due dates
• Support resource planning and ensure adherence to Enterprise Change Management standards

• Minimum of a 4-year degree in Computer Science, related discipline or equivalent work experience
• 1 year experience leading projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for all levels in the organization
• Proactive, displays sense of urgency, responsive
• Enjoys working with multiple technical, operations, and business partners
• Ability to multi-task and assist team members as needed
• Ability to facilitate and manage multiple infrastructure projects
• Excellent organizational skills
• Experience with Jira in management of projects through Deliverables/Epics/Stories and cross dependencies management
• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall methodology environments

Demonstrates expertise in managing infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with standards, and delivering client-facing applications on time and within budget. Proficient in coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining stakeholder relationships while utilizing project management tools and methodologies.
